This repeatable 7 week program for camera operators that will not only get you in amazing shape, but will make your shots steadier and longer while allowing you to perform certain movements on set that you weren’t able to before. I guide you through your 7 weeks, slightly adjusting each one to make you stronger as you move forward. With this one time investment, when you’ve completed the 7 weeks, send me an email and we’ll modify the program for you to keep moving forward with it. As a bonus to the program, I’ll throw in a video guide for each day (including warmups).
This is the exact plan that I follow and have improved over time until I felt that it was perfect for all of us. If something in the program doesn’t work for you or you don’t have access to a full gym; I’m happy to make modifications for you. I’ll be with you every step of the way.
