I guide you through your 7 weeks, slightly adjusting each one to make you stronger as you move forward. With this one time investment, when you’ve completed the 7 weeks, send me an email and we’ll modify the program for you to keep moving forward with it. As a bonus to the program, I’ll throw in a video guide for each day (including warmups).
